Terms of service
The short version: fixed quote agreed before we start, you pay half to begin, the rest when you approve. Then everything is yours.
Quotes and payment
Every project gets a written fixed price before work starts. Payment is in two parts: half to begin, half when you approve the finished site. The price only changes if you change the scope, and we'll re-quote in writing first.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the website, its content, and your domain outright. The Care plan is optional, billed monthly, and can be cancelled any time. Your site keeps working either way.
Timelines
Delivery timelines (like our 7-day builds) start when we have your content: photos, text, and access we ask for on the first call.
Liability
We build carefully, but our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the project.
